(ARAM?) Sound bug!

While playing an ARAM as Garen, I was spamming his joke and on every cast, it restarted the audio instead of finishing the first one. Like usually how it completes the sound, but you can start the animation over? It just started it like new everytime. This also happened with his taunt, but not his laugh at all.

Also while on the ARAM, the ambient sound kept cutting out when other sounds around me would go off, causing it to flicker in and out.

Idk if this is across the board or just aram or just Garen, it's the first I ran into it.
