[Client] Item tool tip won't show on a single item.

When I'm creating item lists for my champions it sometimes happens that a single item in the "Items Tab" (with items tab I mean the one on the right side where you drag the items into to make your list) the Tool Tip won't show up. It functions normally for all other items.

It can affect any item in any position on the "Item Tab" but always seems to only affect one at the time.

Switching between item lists seems to solve it at least for a while.

It happens regularly but I can't reproduce it, I don't know what causes it.
