Queue dodge time bug

If you are in low priority queue and you dodge two times (giving you a 30m wait), when you try to re-queue it says 30m wait, but then you close that are re-queue again to only wait the 20m for low priority queue.

Not a big problem, but I feel like you should either make the 30m timer stick or add them together (but that would probably be too long).
