Massive FPS drops/Chronic disconnecting

Since roughly when 6.6 went live,I've been getting huge frame drops at seemingly random times,going from my usual 250 down to as low as 60.Teamfights,sitting in a bush waiting for minions to spawn...no real pattern,and I'm not having issues in any other games to top it off.

Problem #2 is every SR game I've played since about the same time always disconnects me between 25 and 30 minutes.ARAMs don't have this issue,just normal and ranked 5's.The worst part is that it refuses to manually reconnect.Doesn't matter how long I sit and watch the 'attempting to reconnect' bar,I still have to alt+f4 and rejoin that way.
