Just logged on today to play some solo queue but my client is only letting me play blind pick. The full message says "Trouble fetching information for this player (Error: 5C). Affected players should quit and log back in if this persists." I've logged in and out a few times now and it still doesn't work, what do I do. Is there anything I can do aside from restarting my router?
also happening to me. I've closed out my client several times and still no success in being able to accept games.
same happened to me, so i decided to play an ARURF. But then every time i tried to accept the que, it was say theres an error accepting. now i have to wait to get into a que that i cant even accept.

could this happen because it has to do with something where we stay logged in for hours but idle in client.?
its gotta be on riots end and or with the most recent patch because me and my wife were able to play fine last night, and today it wont let me accept or play anything

ppl, last time, this was because the ips were flagged for spam/ddos by cloudflare (twitch prime + rito = v xdd).. if you can, reset your ip somehow (restarting the router can do the trick.. sometimes).. i think there were a few cmd commands but i don't know them sr xd
yet if you want to play ranked right away, this is a temp solution:
EDIT: Ok, I found a temporary fix. You can download program called Hotspot Shield (Free VPN), and run it when you are in the client screen. When you get in to the lobby, you can turn off your VPN, so it doesn't drain your MB. You will be able to play a game without issues, but if you restart your client you'll have to do everything over again.
