[Gameplay] Abilities appearing much farther than they should, particularly Jinx's ultimate.
(I have posted this problem before, but I keep finding new things about it. It actually went away under patch 7.12, but is now back in 7.13)
Whenever I play, Ekko's Q and Jinx's R have their effects appear much further than they are supposed to be. Ekko's Q VFX appear nearly twice as far from him as they should, making it look as if he has Jhin-level long poke and Jinx's R VFX start MUCH, MUCH further from her than they should.
I tested Jinx (the only one of the three I own) in the training mode, and when I shot the R from fountain, the rocket appeared between the enemy lane turrets! In all cases, all other effects, including damage, follow the pathing, length, and timing they should, but the VFX act as if the player were much further along the path of the ability. I don't know if it effects other champs. I'll see if I can figure out how to record this from training mode, so I can link a video.
I have seen some older posts about an invisible Jinx R, but I think it was this bug. It might as well be invisible when the visual effect of the projectile is 13,000 units away from where it should be.
I am not certain if it is related, but the animations for monster spawning are broken as well, but like the main problem here, were fixed during 7.12 and are now back. The monster spawn animation does not play, but rather makes them simply appear in their standing posture.
This significantly throws off the game, because if I try to play Jinx, I'm completely shooting blind with my R, and that's a terrible feeling.
