A while back there was a bug with several champions having moves that would fire a shot backwards after sudden movement abilities (nidalee, kassadin, etc.), and it appears this is still going on with nocturne and teleport. To reprouce:
This is really annoying because I like to ult, tele, then ult again, and I always throw my q backwards.
This is known to happen with any skillshot.
Personally found this out the hard way when I once tried to Teleport and immediately cast Vel'Koz's ult. Needless to say, it did not go in the direction I had intended... Instead of getting a kill, I watched a low-health enemy walk away while I got laughed at in [All] chat. >_>
This happens to riven a lot with her Qs and shield.
