Reanimation Glitch [Gameplay]

There seems to be a glitch between Mordekaiser and Yorick, wherein if their ults are on the same person, the person can be killed, but doesnt die. This happened in game for certain once, and possibly twice, where an ulted Cassiopeia died, but instead of becoming truly deceased, instead ressurected or was teleported to base. The death notification does appear.
