[GAMEPLAY/CLINET]? Huge bug with movement. Game will seem frozen and unable to click anywhere!!

The link attached is an example of the bug i encountered, it is not my gameplay but it seems other people are experiencing the exact same issue. The bug renders you completely useless. Unable to click anything, do anything, as if the game is completely frozen. Got me almost killed a few times in my most recent game as Caitlyn, though i do not have the video saved. Please fix!
