TP as Urgot + Ult = Backwards Ult? [GAMEPLAY]

I've had this happen to me many times over the past 6-10 months but I'm just now writing in about it. Whenever you teleport with Urgot, if you cast your ult immediately after finishing the tp, you WILL shoot your ult back towards your base every. single. time. Steps to Replicate.

1. Have an enemy in vision, in execute hp range, in ult range from a TP location.
2. TP to said location.
3. Immediately fire your ult towards the execute hp range enemy target.
4. Watch as your ult goes in the opposite direction of your mouse/enemy target. This will occur literally any time you teleport+ult with Urgot and I can't even fathom how it isn't fixed yet.
