Weird Kassadin Bug

I was playing a custom game to configure my settings because I got a new computer, so I was playing Kassadin, and every time I would Q a minion, it would create a visual bug. I don't really have a link and it only happened in one game so far (haven't tried it since that one game). Thought I'd report it just incase.
