Could not buy fully complete items

https://imgur.com/a/Wi61vVl So I was building towards Luden's and had already purchased Lost Chapter and a Blasting Wand; however, when I went to upgrade that to a completed Luden's, the game would not let me purchase it. I was frustrated for a minute, but kept playing and just built towards Rabadon's. After buying two Large Rods, the shop wouldn't let me buy Rabadon's either.

After that happened, my team told me to leave and reconnect, which I did, and it was fixed.
