Yasuo functionality bugs - Old & Still not addressed

Yasuo q, since the 1st update of stactikk shiv has not been procing bonus stacks. Say you have 24 stacks and you use q, it stays at 24 stacks till you auto attack.

And zeds w, don't complain like "its supposed to" because its not, it is a projectile, and it should not pass through the windwall, it is the same as ori q, it stops and it not destroyed, fix it.
