Riot, we seriously need you to say something about this.

Short version: many players, along with myself, have an issue where the League of Legends client crashes their whole computer. Riot has said nothing about it, even though this issue has been around since the release of Patch 5.14. It's getting ridiculous.

Riot, I love you guys. I've been playing since Viktor was released. I've bought almost every champion, and tons of skins. But when Patch 5.14 came around, many, many players, including myself, got a massive bug with the update. Whenever I try to play the game, this is what happens: I click the desktop icon, press Play, and then I log into the game. When the game client comes up, my entire f*cking computer hard crashes, forcing me to restart my computer by holding down the power button. I've done this more times than I'm comfortable with, and I'm too afraid to open up League again, in fear of the damage the crashes may do to my computer. It's been almost a month since this bug came around, and I haven't played since the first week of July. But that's all okay. The main issue is that Riot has said next to nothing about this. No patch notes, no press releases, no word whatsoever. It may be because the LCS has been going on for the past few weeks, but that's not much of a reason as to why we've been left in the dark. There's got to be at least one person at Riot who knows about this bug, and has five minutes to go onto the League of Legends website and type "we're aware that League of Legends is crashing computers." It's been well over the appropriate amount of time for Riot to announce a statement about their knowledge of this issue.
