Game freezing

Does anyone else's game freeze mid game or as soon as it starts??

Yes for probably around a month now mid game it will freeze randomly. I did a lot of troubleshooting but now am just to the point where all I can do is upload the next log event.

So far what I've tried:

1. Rolled back my GPU drivers, thought this was the cause at first cause an update occurred the same day this started but made no difference.
2. Made sure all possible background applications were terminated before playing.
3. Repaired the game files.
4. Waited for 2 different game patches and another GPU driver update.
5. Turned on low spec mode (unnecessarily)
6. Uninstalled the game, redownloaded and installed.

I've seen no correlation or change, the only thing I can note as an observation of the freezing is that if I am playing music in the background it will continue to play for some time before freezing the entire system and I cannot alt-tab, the only option is ctrl+alt+del and signing off, I cannot even access the task manager.

i reinstalled the game, turn off game bar, turn off firewall, run game in windowed mode, and so far 3 games without freeze. Don't know how long it will last

Having the same issue. Even did a fresh install of Windows 10 on a new SSD and fresh League and drivers. Still having the same issue. Anyone figure this out??

There have been so many threads that relate to this same issue. They don't gain a lot of traction, then they "disappear". Riot is not just ignoring this issue. They are sweeping it under the rug. Earlier on they blamed the user's computer setup. Then they blamed windows. Lately they have been completely silent about it and it seems are killing threads related to it.

I refuse to play the game as it is. Hard restarting my comp is damaging it. I won't risk my $2700 comp any more till Riot admits to their problem, explains it, and fixes it. I recommend you do the same.
