League Not Opening

Something that's been plaguing me for the past few hours. My league of legends simply refuses to open. This isn't a matter of the game client itself starting, but the patcher simply not showing up, no matter how many times I try to open it.

I have not tampered with the patcher or client in any way. My client is currently updated and on the current patch.

Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated.
