Why can Shaco do this?
I walk into a shaco lvl 5, fight it, it explodes, a lvl 6 shaco comes from a bush, how can a glitch like that be allowed?

It's because you last saw shaco at level 5. It's an annoying glitch that very few know about.
It's a trick most shaco mains use. You last saw Shaco at level 5, so his clone shown is level 5, while he's actually level 6.
