Fizz Bot intentionally feeding?

Just played a co-op game where the enemy Fizz Bot for some reason broke and did nothing but ran to bot lane every time he spawned, then started walking in a circle until he got executed or killed. Didn't even buy items, just ended game with a Doran's Ring and two health potions.

Bot games are meant to teach new players the game. Intential feeding is a harsh reality of what will happen on the rift so it needs to be shown to new players.
