Finished my match, Had to hit the "Skip stats" [Unsure what it really says] button Tried to queue up for another game and says i'm in a game and should restart client. -> Restart client "Reconnect" button is there and the game has already ended.

Since they were doing live server maintenance http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/live-incident-breakdown-na/vVgXxfRQ-427-live-maintenance-possible-dcs-ranked-disabled it'll take a while for the server to catch up on all the "not-ended" games.
