What happened to the LoL client?

So today both me and my fiance log on to LoL and after you log in and the client loads its all black and blank.

The only thing that shows up is a blue 'link' that turn red when you click it but nothing happens. "toggle featured games"

Now when i highlight it I get other things but nothing happens and as I go to click it , it goes blank again.

I can click on the store and it doesn't work either. All blank.

But i can view everything on my profile page.... >.>

What is this sorcery?
