Morgana skin

I have noticed that with Blackthorn Morgana, there are times that she will freeze in place as if it was lag and then jump forward however much time has passed. Which landed me dead in most team fights. There were also times that it would not let her go past the inhibitors and sent her back to nexus turret over and over....

This can last from a second or two up to a full minute.
