[GAMEPLAY] Poppy's Q and Warlord's Bloodlust.

I decided to run a test on how Warlord's Bloodlust interacts with the magical damage conversion on Devastating Blow. These were the steps I took.

1. Make sure Warlord's Bloodlust is your Keystone Mastery as Poppy
2. Get 100% critical strike rate (Not necessary, but useful)
3. Take some damage
4. Prep up Devastating Blow while Warlord's Bloodlust is not on CD
5. Hit an enemy.

These were my findings.

1. The attack does consider itself a critical, and does put Warlord's Bloodlust on CD, providing the attack speed.
2. It does not give you any health for the attack, as though you dealt 0 damage.

To be honest, I wouldn't say this is a terribly big deal, but I figured there's no harm in pointing it out.
