Last Seasons Rank Not Showing?

So I ended last season Silver 1 after grinding from Iron 3 and my ranked border is gone, my previous season's rank isn't showing, and I lost my silver icon border? Anyone else having this issue?

Did you get any punishment last Season? Meaning, were you Honor 2+ on the 19/11/19? Did you lose your border today or you just noticed now that you didnt have it?

Also, theres a tick box where you choose your Summoner icon described as "show past ranked banner". If its not that, contact Player Support and detail your issue. I am also not seeing my last seasons rank, it says I was unranked.. As far as I know I was Honor 2+ all of last season, but now I log in again and it says honor level 1. Surely I didn't grind my way from Bronze 4 to Platinum to not get any rewards??
