MY ACCOUNT WAS RESER BACK TO LEVEL 1

Okey i was playing a game of lol adn then electricity went out for a couple of seconds. I want to login back and it tells me to chose my summoner name my levels were back to 1 i had no blue essence and no bought champions WTF. Before i was around level 25. Then i colsed the client and tried to log in back when i saw that it was set on NORTH AMERICA but my account is on EUNE, but i cant log in on EUNE because it says my username or password is incorect. So riot wtf is this about?

And of course i cant even write a ticcket on riot support since i cant login.
