[CLIENT] "logging onto chat service..."

Where are the guys in the black suits? Problems been persisting with multiple people for quite some time now. I tried changing my internet settings to IPV6. Attempted to change my Clocks time (from what suggestions there were). Still cant play with friends, still cant talk to strangers to let them know what roll im playing. I have heard this is an old problem that was fixed. Well thats old news, Its now a new problem cause nothings working to fix the problem.
