Regarding Manaflow Band and Lissandra's Passive

Manaflow Band should not overlap with Lissandra's passive. At first I was like, "Oh it's the same thing so it's just overlapping and cannot stack." But actually, with the way Manaflow Band is worded they are NOT the same thing and should not overlap.

Lissandra's passive is her next spell is free, no questions asked. If I have zero mana, I can cast a spell.

Manaflow Band is the mana cost of your next spell if refunded. Which means, I have to have mana to cast the spell. If I was at zero mana and cannot cast a spell, I should not be able to take advantage of Manaflow Band.

So when I have both passives active, Lissandra's should activate first because she is not even using mana to begin with, so there is no mana to even be refunded. But as it stands now, both get consumed at the same time.

So either this is an issue with wording or this is an issue with how Manaflow Band is coded in the game.

Either way, just wanted to bring it the attention of the devs!

Best, Meekish

A Riot response said there are changes to her interaction between MFB and the passive that wasn't able to ship on this first patch, and will be added next patch along with changes to Nunu's interaction to MFB.
