Sion's Q Sometimes Goes in Random Directions

I was originally going to make this a post about Azir's ult, but it seems many people have already reported how broken it is.

No one, however, has said anything about Sion's Q. I haven't gone out of my way to completely reproduce it, but it seems whenever I start the windup while snared it will sometimes fly off in a random direction once it finally goes off. Specifically, I was laning against a Karma and whenever she would use her W on me I would notice the glitch. I'm pretty sure it was happening after she had already snared me and I was rooted in place. I would start the windup, the snare would release me (but I'm still rooted from winding up my Q), and upon slamming my axe down it would sometimes make me rotate 180 degrees.

It's really weird. (but not as broken as Azir's ult not working at all. Seriously, fix that. >_>)
