Champ select is buggy

Ruined a promos for me after i tried to change my masteries during my champion selecting. It kept the picture of the champ I banned and wouldnt let me get out of the masteries pages which forced me to dodge. Also, since it was the last game of my promos I auto failed them.

Just now I selected my champ and the client just crashed. Now I have to wait 30 minutes to play a game.

Very frustrated riot. I don't have much time to play the game between my job and these client errors causing me setbacks during my climb is very frustrating.
