League is being super buggy!

I've had so many bugs lately that league is becoming a hassle to even play. Jinx's Q rockets randomly disappearing without doing damage, dravens axes disappearing and being unable to catch them. Not to mention accepting queues and being stuck on the "play" screen when im apparently in champ select. So i leave and have to wait five, then ten, then fifteen minutes to get into another game because the client is glitching out. Just wondering if anyone knows why all this crap is happening?
