@Rioter Is it a bug? : Resolve "Tough Skin"
In Inven, An user named 'Berto' has experimented with Mastery 'Tough Skin' which is Resolve 2 tier mastery.

As a result, as you can see, 'Tough Skin' reduces all kind of damages including DoT damage by 2. and in game tooltip, It says "You take 2 less damage from Champion and Monster basic attacks.". We(Berto and many Inven user) thought it means we take 2 less damage from Champion's basic attack and Monster's basic attack.
At first we thought it as a problem of ambiguous Eng-Kor translation process. But we found that the English tooltip looks ambiguous too (at least to Korean). So I ask here... Is it a intended or just a bug?
Plus(a result of the experience), as a result of this mastery, you can still recall while affected by 'Deathfire Touch' unless 'Deathfire Touch' damages you more than 2 per second.
