From the Latency on his W, to the target-prioritization on Q, even to the speed of his Transformation, the entirety of his Kit and Character feels Slower, Clunkier and generally harder to utilize properly. He used to be a decent counter to Yasuo, just with some basic prediction skills, but in the time it takes for Nevermove to fire off, now Yasuo seems to have e'd through two more minions than he used to be able to.
