[BUG] League Game Screen Is Flashing

I don't really know how to describe it but my game literally just flashes and blinks repeatedly and it doesn't stop until I'm back on the client. It makes it so difficult to play the game, so any advice would be appreciated. This might be helpful though: I recorded to include a video of the bug, but on the actual replay link the game looks fine. So this seems to only happen on my actual league interface.
