Bridgewater event bug
Just wanted to start off saying I really enjoyed this event and really aimed to get those icons during the time this event was going on, but sadly I had a bug which didn't save my progression and restarting acts all on it's on which didn't allow me to complete the event even though I completed all the requirements for each act. I contacted support during event about this matter and they said that it's a known bug and to send them a screenshot of my battle history while marking the ones that weren't counted for the event at that time, so I happily did so and waited for a response. Well I did end of getting a response a few hours later saying the exact same thing on the previous reply I've gotten except it was thanking me for adding the screenshots?!? I decided to wait and see if maybe they fix the bug before the event ends so maybe I can complete the left over acts before it ends but this didn't happen so I sent another ticket about the event since no one told me anything passed the 'send a screenshot with all the matches that didn't count for the event' and the reply I received was just a automatic reply that the support kept repeating 'These icons are reward icons and can only be unlocked if you have met the requirements. Since you weren't able to unlock the icon on time, I'm afraid we can't help you. ' even though the only thing that stopped me from completing all 3 acts was a bug that I had no control over.
