Ivern Ultimate

I'd include an image but the description is enough. Ivern's ultimate available icon never goes on cooldown. When I duo with my friend, several times I have called for his ultimate as the green dot above his image is illuminated, only to receive a response of, "dude, it comes off CD in 30s." This has happened in every game that we've played (somewhere around 25).
