[CLIENT]Match history not loading, friends not showing, chat not working

Hi, I have moved my account to EU West from EU Nordic & East about 13 hours ago. Today I logged in and saw that my friend was online, I started talking to him and my chat went weird, whenever I scrolled down, the chat went back up to the top again, when I clicked on the " Send message " button and the messenger thing appeared, it said " **Chat Text Input " , my friends are not loading at all and my match history is black, nothing is loading and it is not even trying to load, this never happened to me before and it worked fine on EUNE and also worked fine on my other EUW account.

Here is a screenshot, when I logged in, none of my friends were online and for some reason, they were loaded, however, my runes, masteries, champion list and match history are not loading at all.
