[Gameplay] In-game bug causing massive distractions

Ok so I found a bug, its actually been documented probably about 56 billion times already. I don't know if Riot knows about it... here goes.

It's this thing called the chat window. I'm not sure if you guy know this but your chat window is actually causing players a lot of anger. In the game documentation it states that the chat window is supposed to be used to communicate with your teammates regarding strategy... But its not.

This must be an oversight, because Riot you play in Bronze and Silver so you must know that nobody uses the chat window for anything other than trolling their own team and the opposing side. All chat I think was a backdoor created by your development team to actually cause strife. I mean, you even had to BAN your OWN PROS because they were in fact using the Chat window Bug to abuse their own team. I'm wondering....

Why not fix the chat window bug by removing chat privileges, or just remove the chat window bug by removing the chat window. Its distracting, abused, worthless, and does not work as intended.... unless....
