Syndra Close-Quarters E [GAMEPLAY]

Syndra's stun does not affect champions that are on top of her when she places her q directly on them and subsequently uses her E.

Could possibly only affect the Syndra-Talon matchup. Talon dashes to Syndra and Syndra places her abilities correctly in order to stun, to no avail.
