Tahm Kench E Voice Lines Not Playing

I recently sent a ticket in to riot support about this and they recommended I post a bug report here for it.

When Tahm Kench uses his E(Thick Skin) and when he gets attacked with the shield active he is supposed to speak one of four possible lines of dialogue, one of which is the "My constitution is unflappable." for example. For the last few patches I have noticed I no longer see/hear Tahm play these lines. Part of what I love about Tahm is how mouthy he is, and lacking that always feels odd when playing him.
