[GAMEPLAY] Orianna ghost indicators

I was in an ARAM today playing Orianna. The loading screen had frozen after everyone loaded and I had to quit and log back in. Some time into the game I noticed that I had a yellow ball indicator arrow pointing in a solid direction, even when a second arrow that tracked the ball was visible.

By the end of the game, I had three arrows pointing in various directions, as well as my normal tracking arrow.

I haven't been able to reproduce this yet, and it's not terribly game impacting, but it's distracting. If it's tied to kills or uses of an ult, longer games could become difficult to track.
