10 Ban System Has Killed My Champ Select

I'm having an issue getting into game since the 10 ban system was enacted. I attached a screenshot of what is happening to me and wonder if anyone else is having the same issue. Any help on this topic is greatly welcome. :D

Sometimes it works after bans are done, but even when it does, I cannot hover my champion pre-ban.
