OLAF IP BUG

Says Olaf is only 3150 but when i bought him it takes away 6300. In the history it counted it as 3150 as well. I used a refund and it gave me back 6300 but seems kind of lame I had to use a refund on that. You guys should fix the pricing... Thanks

I think this is a known issue, and it's definitely not specific to Olaf-- or IP purchases. People have been getting overcharged on both IP and RP lately, and nobody's quite sure why.
