leave queue when changing runes

When I'm editting my runes, bans or picks have to be locked in, and I have already chosen my champ, the client kicks me out of the champ select screen and I get a queue block for 15 mins.

It's only when I'm editing my runes whilst there is some kind of "action" required, yet if I have already chosen my champ, there shouldn't be a reason for me to be kicked from the queue.
