Kalista's passive description

So it says in the patch notes "the speed of Kalista's passive hop now ONLY scales with attack speed". To me, it isn't clear if the lunge distance still scales with boot tier or not, but anyway, it doesn't say anything about the attack speed scaling in the in-game description.
