Post-Game Lobby takes 15-50 seconds to properly load.

First things first, I do not have the client closed during game-play. Whenever I finish playing a match, I get sent back to the client, which then takes half a minute to load back, meaning post chat banter and self twitch plugs almost become impossible, I have a fairly good computer (specs: https://pastebin.com/2MnKF2FP ) I can't seem to find the error and I'd wish to not have to reinstall the game
