Can't reconnect to a game, client won't let me.

Was loading into a game when I had gotten the black loading screen. That's fine, Alt+F4 and skip stats and exit client like usual (please fix this too). Upon relog, I tried to click reconnect but it did absolutely nothing as shown in the video. I don't know how exactly to recreate this but I'm just glad this didn't happen in a ranked game. Eventually the game did end with a remake and I was hit as the leaver.
