Soraka E with Lucian R
Isnt soraka supposed to be able to silence Lucian when he ults? She is able to silence kathus, malz, miss fortune etc. All of their ults are channels, why doesnt it work with lucian?

I believe it has to do with him being allowed to move during the cast . He can shoot well in 
or using a 
portal. The more damage exists the more of an issue Champions that ignore cc effects become an issue.
Lucian's ult is only interrupted if his ability to use basic attacks is prevented, so things like stuns, displacement, Polymorph, or Amumu's ult. Soraka's E is a silence and a root, which does not prevent attacking.
Lucian ult isn't a channeled ability is why.
