[GAMEPLAY] Pantheon - Can't use items after dying mid ulti

So i was caught in top lane as and so i tried ulting away. Right when i jumped, I died from Thunderlord's decree. When I came back up I couldn't use any items. They were just unusable. It was like they have been disabled.\

How I assume how to do it:

1. Get and get very low on health and any active item

2. Get someone with thunderlord's decree

3. Have use his ulti

4. Have the other champion Hit the third proc of thunderlord's right as pantheon jumps to kill him

5. Pantheon can not use items.

This is how i assume you do this so if anyone wants to try this out you can. I've only done this once, but I will try this more when i get out of work.

The only way that has fixed it that i have seen in the single game I played was to use ult again.
