Can't see the top banner thing

I can't see the banner thing with all the community links and all of that stuff on top of the page. I have to look in my history to go to boards. How I fix?

Could you try clearing your browser cache? That fixes a lot of common issues. However, this doesn't really seem to be a common issue, so a temporary (or permanent if you like it) workaround may be by using the Forum Enhancer Kit (FEK).
