ROIT FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEASE

im having a problem with league of legend. after i played the game and i lost the game and i hit continue then skip the next page and it still say im still in game.. and when i log out and re log in its say to reconnect to the game i left.. but the game is already done.. so i hit reconnect button and it brings my in blank loading .. and if i hit ALT + TAB it bring this up "IT FAIL TO CONNECT" and i try to log out and log in and it brings me in same screen.. pls. PLEASE RIOT FIX THIS PROBLEM. COZ I CANT DO ANYTHING AND I LOVE TO PLAY..MORE LEAGUE..
