[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne passive's tooltip

Hi just a note, i played nocturne vs bots for fun the other day and i noticed the tooltip is missing the part where the CD goes down as nocturne uses basic attacks. I don't know if it's just me or something but just wanted to let you guys know..
